Frequently Asked Questions
We provide answers to your queries regarding our services.
Who will teach my child?
Your child will always be taught by a fully qualified, registered teacher who knows the curriculum. It’s a standard we never compromise on.
How do online lessons work?
Lessons take place online through Lessonspace, a simple platform your child can join from a laptop or desktop with an internet connection. There’s nothing to download or set up in advance, so getting started is easy.
Which year levels and maths subjects are available?
We support students from Year 5 right through to Year 12, including ATAR Methods, Applications and Specialist. Whether your child needs one to one tutoring, small group sessions, or a holiday course, there’s a pathway for them.
How are students placed in a group?
Group sessions are kept small, with a maximum of 6 students, grouped by year level and subject. That means your child still gets genuine individual attention while learning alongside peers.
When are holiday courses available?
Holiday courses run during school holiday periods, with exact dates confirmed closer to each break. The best way to find out what’s coming up is to reach out directly or chat with us on a discovery call.
What happens after I book a discovery call?
Once you book, you’ll receive a confirmation email with reminders ahead of your appointment, so it’s never something you need to keep track of yourself. We also encourage you to share a brief outline of what you’d like your child to achieve beforehand. This helps us pinpoint the right resources and build a plan designed to maximise their progress from the very first session.
