Frequently Asked Questions

We provide answers to your queries regarding our services.

What happens after I book a discovery call?

Once you book, you’ll receive a confirmation email with reminders ahead of your appointment, so it’s never something you need to keep track of yourself. We also encourage you to share a brief outline of what you’d like your child to achieve beforehand. This helps us pinpoint the right resources and build a plan designed to maximise their progress from the very first session.

Lessons take place online through Lessonspace, a simple platform your child can join from a laptop or desktop with an internet connection. There’s nothing to download or set up in advance, so getting started is easy.

We take real care matching your child with a tutor, based on their year level, the subject they need support in, and how they like to learn. Getting this right matters to us, because the relationship between a student and their tutor is often what makes the biggest difference.

Group sessions are kept small, with a maximum of 6 students, grouped by year level and subject. That means your child still gets genuine individual attention while learning alongside peers.

Yes. After every session you’ll receive written feedback, so you always know exactly what was covered and what your child should focus on next. No guessing, no wondering how it’s going.

Just a laptop or desktop and a stable internet connection. Lessons run through Lessonspace, so there’s nothing to install, making it easy for your child to jump straight into learning.
